SSTM CRM Terms of Service

Effective 24 July 2026

1. Service and agreement

These Terms govern use of SSTM CRM, a cloud customer relationship management service offered under the SSTM CRM brand (“SSTM CRM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating a workspace, using the service, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.

SSTM CRM provides tools for contacts, companies, leads, deals, tasks, service cases, notes, imports, exports, reporting, and team administration. Available features depend on the plan and CRM setup selected by the workspace.

2. Accounts and customer responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep account credentials secure.
  • Workspace administrators are responsible for member access, roles, imported records, and lawful use of customer data.
  • You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload, store, and use information placed in the service.
  • Do not upload regulated medical, financial, government, or other highly sensitive data without a separate written agreement.

3. Subscriptions, billing, and Paddle

Current plan prices, billing intervals, and included features are shown on the SSTM CRM product page and again before checkout. Paid subscriptions renew at the monthly or annual interval selected at checkout until cancelled. Applicable taxes and the final total are shown before payment.

Orders are processed by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com acts as Merchant of Record for online orders and supports payment inquiries, invoices, returns, and refunds.

Existing manually billed workspaces remain governed by their invoice or written agreement until migrated to online billing.

4. Cancellation and refunds

Workspace administrators may cancel future renewals through the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless checkout or the customer portal states otherwise. The separate Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the unconditional refund window for purchases and renewals.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use SSTM CRM to:

  • break the law or violate another person’s rights;
  • send unlawful spam or deceptive communications;
  • upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access;
  • disrupt the service, bypass usage limits, or test security without written permission; or
  • resell or copy the service except under a written agreement.

6. Customer data and intellectual property

You retain ownership of customer data placed in your workspace. You authorize SSTM CRM and its service providers to process that data only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service and to meet legal obligations. SSTM CRM retains ownership of the software, interface, documentation, and related intellectual property.

7. Availability, changes, and suspension

We work to keep SSTM CRM available and secure, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. We may maintain or change the service, fix security issues, or discontinue features. We may suspend access when reasonably needed to address non-payment, security risk, unlawful use, or a material breach of these Terms.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, SSTM CRM is provided without implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the service, billing process, or law changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the service or account contact information when required.
