SSTM CRM provides subscription CRM software under the SSTM CRM brand. Online orders are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as Merchant of Record and supports payment inquiries and returns. Read the complete Terms of Service.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Every SSTM CRM purchase and subscription renewal includes a minimum 14-calendar-day refund window. Any customer may request and receive a full refund during that window, with no exceptions or conditions.
Refund requests can be sent to info.sstmcrm@gmail.com. Refunds are returned through Paddle to the original payment method.
Privacy Policy
